Application Systems
Production systems behind a real web application.
This page documents the systems behind a production Next.js and TypeScript application built for Mox Multisport. The application connects SEO architecture, global search, analytics, customer intake, lead intelligence, email reporting, dashboards, and operational workflows.
Lead Intelligence System
Connecting customer behavior to useful follow-up context.
The system was designed to capture the context behind an inquiry: how the customer arrived, what they searched, what they clicked, what pages they viewed, how engaged they were, and what they submitted.
Search Intent Captured
The visitor uses global search to reveal what they are looking for, including products, brands, services, fittings, pain points, or custom build paths.
Result Clicked
The application records which result matched the query, how many results appeared, and which product, service, or page the visitor selected.
Journey Tracked
Session path, device, browser, engagement time, scroll depth, referrer, and location context are captured as the visitor moves through the site.
Lead Captured
The visitor submits a form, turning anonymous search and page behavior into a structured inquiry with contact, message, and form context.
Intent Packaged
Search queries, clicked results, session behavior, customer actions, and form details are packaged into a Customer Intent Report.
Follow-Up Supported
The business receives an inquiry with context, making follow-up more specific and easier to connect to an appointment, work order, quote, or sale.
Why This Matters
Turning form submissions into customer context.
Instead of receiving only a basic contact form, the business receives a Customer Intent Report with browsing behavior, engagement depth, session duration, product interest, and acquisition source data.
Global Search and Intent Capture
A site-wide search layer that helps visitors find products, services, fittings, brands, and build paths while capturing search queries, visible results, clicked results, and form context.
Analytics Stack
Production traffic visibility through Vercel Analytics, acquisition and event tracking through Google Analytics / GA4, and custom analytics for session paths, search queries, clicked results, and customer actions.
SEO and Search Architecture
Structured metadata, dynamic routing, semantic product and service pages, high-intent landing pages, and search-focused application structure for organic discovery.
Lead Capture and Inquiry Workflows
Reusable modal systems, inquiry forms, consultation requests, product and build forms, and guided customer intake paths.
Lead Intelligence Emails
Operational email reports that combine customer messages with search behavior, session paths, engagement metrics, device data, referral source, and customer actions before submission.
Workflow Systems
Application workflows that connect customer-facing pages, forms, analytics, email reports, dashboards, and operational follow-up.
Production Lead Example
Real Customer Intent Report, safely anonymized.
This is a visual recreation of the production email output generated by the Mox application. It shows how a normal form submission becomes a structured lead report with customer message, page context, device data, engagement metrics, session path, search behavior, and customer actions.
This section shows the business-facing result. The technical deep dive explains how the system collects session data, tracks search intent, aggregates metadata through the form submission, and renders the Customer Intent Report.

Subject: Pinarello Dogma X Dream Build Consultation
Message:
Hello Mox, I’m starting to look seriously at a fit-first custom road bike build and wanted to schedule a consultation before I make any decisions. I found Mox while researching Pinarello Dogma X sizing, fit advice, and higher-end road bike builds in Chicago. The Dogma X is the bike I keep coming back to. I’m interested in something built around Dura-Ace Di2, carbon wheels, an integrated cockpit, and a clean endurance setup that would work well for long rides, travel, and faster group rides. I split time between Chicago, Aspen, and Europe, so I’d rather slow down and get the fit and build direction right before committing to a frame size or final spec. I’m especially trying to avoid guessing on the cockpit, reach, saddle position, and overall setup. I’d like help thinking through: - Dogma X sizing - Stack and reach - Bar width and stem length - Saddle position - Wheel and tire setup - Dura-Ace Di2 build options - Travel-friendly details - Timeline, availability, and deposit process I’m flexible on budget for the right bike and the right process. I’d rather do this correctly than rush into an expensive build that is close, but not quite right. Please let me know the best next step for a fitting and build consultation. Thank you, Alexander
