I build production software from the perspective of someone who has operated the business workflows the software is meant to improve.
My work spans React and Next.js interfaces, application logic, relational data, authentication, analytics, customer communication, internal tools, and production deployment.
I did not begin with an abstract product idea. I began inside a real operation, working directly with customers, sales, service, scheduling, fitting, fulfillment, and high-value product inquiries. I could see where information was being lost, where decisions were delayed, and where the existing tools did not reflect how the business actually worked.
That understanding became a production application I designed, built, deployed, and continue to maintain.

Background
My path into software began with responsibility.
Before becoming a developer, I spent years in high-pressure service environments, specialty retail, and customer-facing operations. Those roles required speed, judgment, accuracy, and the ability to understand what someone actually needed, often before they could explain it clearly themselves.
At Mox Multisport, I worked directly across sales, customer inquiries, bike fitting, service coordination, and high-value product purchases. I was not observing those workflows from the outside. I was responsible for carrying them forward.
The limitations of the existing tools became obvious because I was living with them every day. Customer information was fragmented. Valuable intent was buried in email. Website activity was disconnected from operational follow-up. The business could generate demand without having a reliable system for understanding or acting on it.
I began solving those problems one layer at a time. What started as a website became a full-stack production platform with customer intake, structured lead records, analytics, email intelligence, authentication, internal administration, quotes, and operational workflows.
Production ownership
I own the complete path from problem to production.
I make product decisions, design the data model, build the interface and application logic, manage authentication, maintain database changes, test releases, operate staging, and deploy to production.
I also work with the consequences after release. I see which workflows are being used, where users hesitate, which data is incomplete, what breaks under real usage, and how the system needs to evolve.
That feedback loop has shaped how I think as a developer. A feature is not complete because the code compiles. It is complete when it works inside the operation, preserves the integrity of the data, and makes the next decision easier.

What comes next
