About
I build production software for real business workflows.
I build production web applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, connecting frontend architecture, API routes, data models, analytics, lead intelligence, and operational workflows into systems that work for real businesses.
My background started in high-precision service environments: places where standards were absolute, workflows were complex, and getting it right under pressure was the expectation, not the exception. That foundation shaped how I approach software: understand the real workflow, build the interface around it, and make complex systems easy to act on.
How I got here
I started at Grace Restaurant in Chicago as part of the opening team, a three-star Michelin environment under chef Curtis Duffy, documented in the Netflix film For Grace. That experience set an early standard for how I work: precision, discipline, and service executed at a very high level.
From there I spent years across high-volume hospitality: BOKA Restaurant Group, Sparrow Coffee as a lead trainer and roaster, and several other fast-paced service environments. Every role trained me to read people quickly, manage pressure, communicate clearly, and keep complex operations moving without dropping anything.
At Mox Multisport, I started close to the business: sales conversations, service workflows, customer questions, product research, scheduling, fitting inquiries, and high-ticket bike purchases. I could see where the business needed better systems because I was running the workflows myself.
That turned into a production Next.js and TypeScript application supporting customer acquisition, lead intelligence, analytics, email workflows, intake forms, quote paths, private dashboards, and operational follow-up. I designed it, built it, deployed it, and maintain it today.
That became my path into software: learning by building, shipping, debugging, and maintaining real production systems.
What I Build
Production web applications and business software
Frontend architecture, API routes, data models, forms, analytics, email workflows, customer intent data, and operational processes, built into real production software that connects customer experience to the systems behind the business.
How I Think
Service logic becomes system logic
I look at the full path: how a customer arrives, what they are trying to solve, what signals they give off, how the interface guides them, what data gets captured, and how the business acts on that information.
Strengths
Production software development with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
End-to-end development: API routes, server actions, PostgreSQL, Prisma
Customer intake workflows, forms, quote paths, and email pipelines
Lead intelligence, referral tracking, and behavioral analytics systems
Database-backed dashboards and operational visibility tools
Systems-oriented thinking shaped by real business operations
How I Work
Production discipline, not portfolio polish.
Although I am the primary developer on the Mox application, it has been built and maintained with production discipline throughout: GitHub feature branches, Vercel preview deployments for staging validation, careful production releases around live business needs, and real debugging when things break.
I was already building production React and Next.js systems before current AI coding tools became part of my workflow. Today I use tools like Claude Code and ChatGPT the way I use TypeScript, GitHub, Vercel previews, DevTools, and documentation: to support better engineering decisions, not replace them.
Looking for a software engineering team building real production systems.
I want to contribute to production software alongside strong engineers, bringing hands-on experience in frontend architecture, React, Next.js, TypeScript, business workflows, analytics, and systems-oriented product development.
