Background
I learned software inside the operation it needed to improve.
Before software, I worked in high-pressure service environments, specialty retail, sales, and customer-facing operations where judgment, speed, and clarity directly affected the outcome.
At Mox Multisport, I worked directly with customer inquiries, bike fittings, service coordination, and high-ticket product sales. I could see where the business needed better systems because I was running those workflows myself.
That operational knowledge became a production application. The same discipline that carried me through those environments now shapes how I build software: understand the real workflow, remove unnecessary friction, and make complex systems easier to act on.
