Background
I learned to build software the same way I learned everything else: by doing it inside a real operation.
Before software, I spent years in high-pressure service environments including high-volume restaurants, specialty retail, and customer-facing operations where speed, judgment, and getting it right under pressure were the baseline. That background shaped how I think about software: understand what the user actually needs, build the interface around the real workflow, and make complex systems easy to act on.
At Mox Multisport, I started in sales and shop operations, working customer inquiries, bike fittings, service coordination, and high-ticket product sales. I could see exactly where the business needed better systems because I was running the workflows myself. That turned into a production application I designed, built, and maintain today.
The same discipline that carried me through those environments is what carried me into software.

Product discovery, customer intake, service and fitting workflows, lead intelligence, email pipelines, analytics, and operational follow-up. Maintained through GitHub, staging previews, Vercel deployments, and production release workflows.
